Hello coach I am Soumitra Joshi 15,Right Arm Fast Bowler,my pace is 100-115.
my question is- I am having lots of injuries on my left leg
ankle,knee and hamstring injuries what shall I do?

Hi Soumitra, you need to rest if you are picking up injuries.

Rest till you have recovered and are pain free.

Then go to the cricket fitness tab and work on Greg King’s fitness program.

You need to get your body strong to be able to take the work load of fast bowling.

Ask your coach to take a look at your action and see if there are any changes you need to make to your bowling action to improve the mechanics and reduce the chance of injury.
